Mount Carmel Property Cemetery Burials
Waco, Texas
By Matthew D. Wittmer
Several people have been buried on the Mount Carmel property in a cemetery. This cemetery, and the markers there, has changed continuously through the years and the time that I have been visiting. See individual year photos for differences. The cemetery at Mount Carmel used to be named Green Acres Cemetery, a name paying homage to the Double EE Road’s first name, Green Acres (Double EE is the road Mount Carmel is on today). As of March 2016, there are no markers in the cemetery.
